Actually Jason did talk once. Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhatten (also the funniest Jason movie ever!)
At the end Jason is trapped in the sewers under New York and the survivors are flooding the tunnels with a torrent of toxic waste. Right before the tidal wave hits him he cries out, "Mommy! Don't let me drown! Mommy!" but in a shrill little kid's voice and then he drowns and supposedly dissolves in the toxic waste.
It's not really quote worthy unless you explain it and Jason's origin of being a retarded kid that drowned at Camp Crystal Lake and all that jazz so really it's more bother than it's worth.
That being said I love the job you did making yourself look like his hockey mask.
